The Linhay is an architect designed, thatched barn with a beautiful green oak frame and modern interior. This listed property combines the charm of a thatched cottage with the luxuries of 5 star accommodation.
Upstairs there is a master bedroom with en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom and further luxury family bathroom. Downstairs there is a spacious, stylish kitchen with dining table, contemporary sitting room with fire and private garden to the front of the property. Further shared gardens and barbeque area are also available for guests use.
Just want to tell you how very much we all enjoyed our stay at The Linhay. The company is certainly very well run and of the highest standards. The beds were wonderfully comfortable and also the lovely fluffy towels! Thank you and The Thatched Cottage Company for helping to make our holiday so pleasurable.

East Budleigh is approximately 1½ miles from the sea at Budleigh Salterton – a pretty, unspoilt pebble beach whilst the sandy beach of Exmouth is approximately 10 mins drive. Easy access to countryside and coastal walks.
