This character cottage is ideal for both families and couples alike. Its central location in the heart of bustling Topsham on the River Exe means it is perfectly placed to enjoy the shops, cafes and restaurants all within a short walk.

On the ground floor there is a bright sitting room that leads to an eat-in kitchen with French doors outside. Upstairs there is a double bedroom, twin bedroom and spacious family bathroom with bath and separate shower. The sunny walled garden offers total privacy and is perfect for alfresco dining. Due to central location of this cottage, parking is reserved nearby.
Topsham is beautiful, cottage lovely. Very well equipped – with its own supply of rosemary in the garden for our potatoes! Thanks
Topsham is a lovely, upmarket town with a selection of stylish boutiques, antique shops and cafes. There is also an excellent choice of pubs and restaurants right on your doorstep. River trips, swimming pool and sailing are all here. There is easy access to the City of Exeter and Exmouth beach is approximately 5 to 10 mins drive.
